Cookie Policy
Version of 15 September 2026
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in the browser. They let the website recognize the browser on later requests — for example, remember that the user has already signed in.
2. Website
The website eratrack.eradev.tech does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking services.
3. Web application
The web application at app.eratrack.eradev.tech uses only strictly necessary cookies. Without them, signing in and working in the application is impossible, so no separate consent is requested for them. Analytics and advertising cookies are not used.
- eratrack_access — confirms that the user is signed in. Lives as long as the access key issued by the server, usually minutes;
- eratrack_refresh — extends the sign-in without re-entering the password. Kept for up to 30 days;
- eratrack_mfa — the second sign-in step when two-factor authentication is enabled. Kept for 5 minutes and removed right after sign-in;
- eratrack_org — the selected organization. Kept for up to 30 days;
- eratrack_theme — the selected theme. Kept for up to a year.
All cookies are sent only over a secure connection and only to the site that set them. The sign-in and organization cookies are not accessible to page scripts (HttpOnly), so they cannot be stolen through injected code. The theme cookie is accessible to the page: it is a display setting, not a secret.
4. Managing cookies
Cookies can be deleted or blocked in the browser settings. If the sign-in cookies are deleted, the application will ask you to sign in again; if they are blocked entirely, signing in will not be possible.
Signing out deletes the sign-in and organization cookies.
5. Changes
If new cookies appear, they will be described on this page before they are used. The version date is shown at the top of the document.
